Once registered, your fees are non-refundable as we make reservations based on your count. The following policies apply to all courses and testing fees collected. 1. If our classroom is overbooked, we will permit you the option of rescheduling to another date - or refund your money at you request. 2. If the course or test is canceled at any time - we will refund your money in full or offer another date. 3. If you do not show up to a class, you are not entitled to a refund. 4. You may not cancel your registration once it has been completed. 5. Testing fees are non-refundable - regardless of testing outcome or your availability to take the test. |
