Response from a real person provided shortly after submission. Be sure to include a copy of your document. All of our translations are certified by our company and the translator. However often it is required to have our certification notarized to add additional legitimacy to the translated document. If this translation is for official purposes or a 3rd party, you should find out from them what their expectations are.
  • Send Us Your Document
    Use the webform to submit it - or you can EMAIL your document to translate@prolinguistics.com Documents can be in any electronic format - DOC, PDF, TXT, WPD, ZIP, etc. If you can't scan or provide electronically, follow up with a fax to 770.973.2501. You can even mail it to our address listed on the Contact Us page. NOTE: Occassionally some customers have problems with our webform due to file extension limitations. If this happens, please use email as we allow all files in that way.
  • Receive Your Quote in Less than 12 Hours
    Someone will review your document and get back to you quickly. Most quotes we provide in less than 4 hours.

Preserve Images and Formatting

Most translation companies will just return the text to you. Usually it's not very beneficial to have a birth certificate missing the seal, or an official license with out the authorized signatures - so we take the extra time to ensure the original images, formatting, and official seals appear on your translated document. In addition, we don't charge extra for PDF, Faxed, or Paper documents as our innovative process can handle any document that we can open.
